Steps

1. Return to Echo Caverns (this requires zoning in through the Nexus. Using a bauble will not update the quest)
2. Search for the passage to the surface of the dark side of Luclin along the northern-most edge of Chasm Fiend Cliffs.
   • Immediately inside of Echo Caverns, look up and to the East, where there is a passageway near the ceiling ( -106, 249, -43 ) Copy/waypoint -106.05, 249.39, -43.28 that will take you directly to Chasm Fiend Cliffs ( -240, 264, -145 ) Copy/waypoint -240.40, 264.45, -144.91. (The exit is south and a little down from Hermit's Hideaway). (Easiest way I found is fly NE from the Abandoned Quarry) .
   • Proceed to a second passage at ( -351, 194, -446 ) Copy/waypoint -351.28, 194.36, -446.37
3. Place Inkeye's survey marker in the Savage Weald ( -388, 289, -861 ) Copy/waypoint -388, 289, -861,
4. Speak with the Vah Shir ghost, Tiesh, right next to the marker.
