Quests[]

Void Shard Quests

Daily Double[]

(obtained from Ragheejb Yasir in Moors of Ykesha)

Rotating Daily[]

(obtained from Tanya Alvernon in Loping Plains)

Progression[]

General[]

Zone in from down stairs in the crypt accessed from the cemetary adjacent to Somborn Village. This is the hardest of the 3 group zones in this area.

Walkthrough[]

Proceed north from the zone in entry room to the first intersection room, Vestibule of Admittance. Fight your way either east or west until you get to the long room with staircases on the far eastern and western walls.

The Grand Mezzanine

Clear out the trash mobs prior to engaging the first named of the zone Hulking Drachnid Prototype, who is guarding the central stairs leading north. Relatively easy tank and spank encounter, kill him and proceed up the stairway he was guarding.

Theatre of the Diabolist

Large open room with a balcony on the south where you currently are, stairs leading down to a workshop with a bunch of "L" shaped tables and random trash mobs. Clear the trash and make your way down the west staircase to the lower level. Head Archivist R'Jhere is originally unattackable but as you get within proximity he will walk to the center of the room to speak to a projection of Mayong. Afterwards he will be attackable - kill him and loot the key for the void shard chest.

From here it is sort of a 'choose your own adventure' in terms of which path to choose next. Personally I typically lead the group east and go clockwise through the different rooms and encounters.

Reliquary of the Hunter

There is a platform as soon as you enter the room on the left with the Pillar of the Implacable encounter. Potentially one of the more annoying fights depending on what random group of classes you get, recommend having an enchanter AOE mez or a class with an AOE root to hit them and try to focus them down one at a time unless you have decent gear and healing. After defeating the encounter, head down the south hallway.

Reliquary of the Drachnid

One of the potential spawn points for Noyle the Essence-Weaver. Every 15-20% in health drop an add will spawn. Kill the adds as they spawn and then return to Noyle. If your group has decent DPS, you can likely just stay on the named and just have the tank pick up the adds as they spawn or have an enchanter mez them as they spawn as they will despawn once Noyle is killed. Proceed south once more.

Laborum of the Coalescent

Large "H" shaped series of rooms with stairwells on the outermost east and west walls that lead back down towards The Grand Mezzanine where the first named was killed earlier. Head due west across the room and then further west back down the hallway.

Reliquary of the Lifeguide

Another potential spawn point for Noyle the Essence-Weaver. See above for tips. Proceed down the east hallway.

Reliquary of the Libant

Few groups of trash mobs, clear them and proceed east again, where you will be back at the lower level of Theatre of the Diabolist.

This time, proceed up the staircase on the northeast wall. The goal is to clear the way west and go down the hall to the last minor named.

Reliquary of the Sovereign

  • Potential void shard chest room

The Ravenscale Protectorate is up on the platform in this room. Relatively easy named up until the 20% mark where he will cast an AOE called Divine Repulsion. Depending on resists this can hit upwards of 18k+, so groups that have decent gear and hps can likely power through and burn him down. If you have a class with an AOE blocker recommend using it around the 25% marker. Proceed east into final named area.

  • Note: If this room did not have the void shard chest, proceed further east past T'Lon the Powermonger room to the actual final room which should have the chest.

The Sanguine Churn

The final boss T'Lon the Powermonger is rooted on a platform on the north side of this room. Once ready, have the group step onto the smaller wooden platform and click it to travel towards the northern platform. Typically we will have the bard or druid pop their AOE blocker long enough for everyone to get into position right next to the named and for the tank to build some threat. T'Lon will continuously use an AOE that knocks the ground up into the air, as well as some AOE's that do direct heat damage and one that has a DOT that needs to be cured. The group needs to be ready to redirect their position while in the air back to the center of the platform. Falling off the platform or trying to attack from range across the chasm will usually trigger a massive AOE/powerdrain/death.

At 20% T'Lon will start to cast an ability that upon completion will completely heal him. The group will have about 15 seconds to burn him down once he starts casting or else you will have to start the fight over at 100% health. Most groups will save their hard hitting abilities until about the 21-22% marker and then burn them to help kill him during this stage of the fight.
