What does this information mean?
Starting the Quest
Speak to The Mute Bard in the The Shimmering Citadel.
- You must have started the access quest The Mad Poet and harvested an ink vial on the same floor as the Mute Bard before he will "speak" to you.
Steps
- Locate the secret chamber:
- The secret chamber is the room where Nhjela the Mad Poet can be found in The Poets Palace. There is a scarab in the room you need to harvest.
- Return to The Mute Bard for your reward.
