To get to the Queen you must systematically kill all the named mobs in the zone. New caverns will open after each kill. After the named Gem Collector mob goes down the cavern to the queen will open down the cave a ways.

Strategy

Queen Drachnia ( 191, -14, 46 ) Copy/waypoint 191.07, -14.45, 46.46 sometimes sends someone on the net. In order to get rid of it, use the command /scratch. Over time, adds will appears (95++) and they have some HP. Beside that, a dot will be cast on the group that slows casting time by 25%, and can accumulate on itself.
