Use the conveyance disc in Fiddtan Crest ( looted item ) to gain access to the Tincture butte above
Kill Zakir Rish silvermage and/or other mobs near them ( -484, 161, 336 ) Copy/waypoint -484, 161, 336 until you loot a Tincture Conveyance Sigil (rare small chest drop)
The mobs will not have any feathers.
Note: In case you do it in a group, each char needs one to use the golden disk in Fiddtan Crest
Use golden conveyance disc ( -401, 253, 603 ) Copy/waypoint -401, 253, 603 in Fiddtan Crest to access the Tincture butte above. This location is called Tincture Orb Gardens.
To get to this disc on foot, locate the green and gold teleporter at ( -511, 144, 415 ) Copy/waypoint -510.88, 143.95, 415.03. This will take you to Fiddtan Crest.
Note: When you get to Fiddtan Crest there doesn't appear to be a way to get "up" to the disc. Hint, walk up the crystals. There is one to the left of the path up at ( -500, 221, 649 ) Copy/waypoint -499.79, 220.80, 649.40
(NOTE: If you are able to fly, simply fly to the golden disc at ( -401, 253, 603 ) Copy/waypoint -401, 253, 603 and safely access the Tincture Orb Gardens.
search the golden regions for arcane defenses
Click any boundary ward statue along the edge.

Be careful and target and inspect each mob the 3 up Heroics are very tough.
