1. Speak to the following:

   • Light-blue tegi, a vas ren etcher at ( 139, 72, 680 ) Copy/waypoint 138.87, 72.10, 679.91
   • Grey and brown tegi, a grol baku retainer at ( 13, 16, 588 ) Copy/waypoint 12.61, 15.79, 587.99
2. Speak to one of the high shaman
   • Check the three locations to find one that will speak to you.
3. Craft a Ceremonial Amulet of the Tegi on a Work Bench. Note: The Recipe Scroll: Ceremonial Amulet of the Tegi auto-scribes.
4. Speak to the shaman that gave you the recipe again.
