Steps

1. Collect the Luclinite Propylon Pieces Scroll lower level at ( 538, 122, -71 ) Copy/waypoint 538.17, 121.94, -70.86 or ( 589, 122, -58 ) Copy/waypoint 589, 121.94, -58 or upper level on top of the shelf at ( 559, 133, -30 ) Copy/waypoint 559, 133, -30 or ( 597, 131, -47 ) Copy/waypoint 597, 131, -47. Scribe the scroll.

2. Collect the following items: Note: The harvesting nodes are trackable.
   • 24 unblemished quadrolite from the Obulus Frontier.

     • Found along the Giant's Walk (centered at ( -470, 88, 192 ) Copy/waypoint -470, 88, 192). The nodes are rocks with a slight blue sheen.
   • 36 raw planeshard from the Plane of Magic.

     • Found on the Metetherial Plains (use the port pad). The nodes look like sideways, shining white-ish crystals. (Around ( 71, 32, 256 ) Copy/waypoint 71, 32, 256 and then southward).
   • 36 annealed ethereal thread from Vesspyr Isles.

     • Found around the central hub on the first island (centered at ( 25, 196, -6 ) Copy/waypoint 25, 196, -6. The node looks like a purple shiny with big blue swirls coming out of it.
3. Use a Vigilant Sanctum Key to return to The Duality's Vigilant Sanctum.
4. Craft 3 Luclinite Propylon.
   • Craft a total of 9 Metamagic Attuning Prism.
   • Craft a total of 9 Astral Transposition Fibril.
   • Craft a total of 6 Quadrolith Glyph Key.
   • Note: You will need a total of 228 sublime pulverulence for fuel. This fuel is also trackable.
     If you also have access to The Hand of the Maker, you can use it here to save time; but be aware you will only receive TS XP for producing 1 item even though several are made at the same time.
   • Station is a planar workstation downstairs at ( 584, 122, -54 ) Copy/waypoint 584, 122, -54
5. Speak to Head Scholar Nabihan.
