Background[]
Permafrost is the fortress of the Kromise Ice Giants and the former residence of Vox, the White Dragon. Throughout the frozen courtyard and the ice-lined halls of the citadel the giants roam, while working the great furnace are their allies, the Icegill Goblins. Although Vox is no more, the Kromise defend Permafrost with great fervor and will treat any trespasser with hostility.
