Find a descendent of Orisin Deepwell. Talk to Olmyr Deepwell in the Hall of Conviction of Teren's Grasp in Kylong Plains at ( 1987, 487, -695 ) Copy/waypoint 1987, 487, -695.
Find Orisin's Tomb in Kaladim. You will find the tomb in the Underfoot Cathedral at ( 1, 28, -410 ) Copy/waypoint 0.79, 28, -410.
You are not the first to arrive! Neragul and his minions are already there. He leaves quickly, but a group of 3 heroic aerakyns level 103 will spawn and attack you. Kill them.
Search the Tomb of Orisin Deepwell. Click the tomb where Neragul was previously standing.
Find Neragul's Cache: in the middle room where Grendish the Betrayer is located. Kill room as normal and have Grendish fly off. Near Grendish's balcony, there is a square wall decoration on the south wall ABOVE the platform. The square has a gold frame, blue/green glowing effects in the middle at ( 1444, 384, 388 ) Copy/waypoint 1444.05, 384.20, 387.79, you will need a flying mount to fly up to it, click on the glowing square for the cache.
