The quest description for this quest is bugged. You are not supposed to look for the Bixies north of the spires, but rather near the Opal Pond near the Old Kelethin Acorn.
Steps
- Slay Trebuz bixies around ( 192, 26, 219 ) until you find 20 stingers
- Seems any Trebuz bixie will do ( a Trebuz stinger, a Trebuz soldier, etc...)
- Return to Matstyr Alesmith
