The cavern containing Kael Drakkel
Outer Kael consists of a large icy cave containing the home of the Storm Giants, Kael Drakkel.
Travel[]
The zone is small enough that there are no transports. A large gate leads back to the Eastern Wastes, and the dungeons are accessed via blue portals.
There are four portals in total. One leads to Iceshard Keep ( -1679, 20, -528 ) , one to The Temple of Rallos Zek ( -1509, 25, -688 ) , and one to Throne of Storms ( -1397, 23, -782 ) . The fourth ( -1793, 18, -449 ) is for all of the Kael raid zones. A door at ( -1432, 72, -422 ) leads to Kael Drakkel, also known as Kael Contested.
NPCs in front of the portals offer quests for the dungeons. You have to start with Iceshard Keep first, after finishing the quest there you get offered quests for Throne of Storms and then The Temple of Rallos Zek.
