"Randu K'van, a Tier'Dal who resides in Greater Faydark, asked me to help him by finding information about the Crushbone orcs. He says that there was once Tier'Dal that led these orcs, and that he thought he should be the next." -- Everquest II Journal
Steps[]
- Slay Crushbone footmen in the Crushbone orc area around ( -772, 80, -153 ) until you find some notes
- Return to Randu K'Van

Journal Steps and Dialogue[]
- Randu K'van: "Even the bugs here are giant. Why must I endure this suffering, when I should be leading these blue orcs around pillaging the land?"
- Player Character: "And the sun should set on my shoulders."
- Randu K'van: "You know at one time the orcs followed the rule of Tier'Dal. But it seems in our years of absence they have forgotten who their true masters are."
- Player Character: "Your story is amusing, maybe you should do something about it."
- Randu K'van: "We must remedy this. Find out for me what they are up to. Having information is the key to success, so bring it to me. Any information you may find on them. Are you up to the task?"
- Player Character: "Sure, I will see what I can find."
- Randu K'van: "Tell me of their plans. If you happen to have to interrogate any Crushbone footemn, you have my blessing for using deadly force."
- Player Character: "Why thank you."
Randu K'van instructed me to "interrogate" some of the orcs I find within the valley east of Turquoise Pond. I am to interrogate some Crushbone footmen, and see if they have any information that Randu K'Van would find useful.
I have gathered some information from the orcs. I have found notes on an orc pawn. I should return them to Randu K'Van. I should take these notes I found to Randu K'Van, near the Crushbone mount station.
- Randu K'van: "Well, I see you have come back. Did you at least bring me something of value? I don't take orc scalps as information, you know."
- Player Character: "I have some scraps of paper I found off one of the orcs."
- Randu K'van: "It seems this was written by an orc of low standing. This is no good, I do not care how many elves it takes to ignite a wisp lantern. Bring me something of use this time."
I have given Randu K'van the notes I found. I have given the notes to Randu K'van.
I did what Randu K'van asked and interrogated the orcs thoroughly. He was not pleased with the information I gave him, but then again, it was just from a lowly Crushbone footman.
