I need to speak with Petty Officer Kimtiz in Brokenskull Loft. (If NPC has no update, try to camp to char select and then to reapply the illusion, worked for me). Journal said to go to Petty Officer Kimtiz in Gunthak's Shanty but I went to Brokenskull Loft and he was there and it updated as it should, must just be an error.
