2. Speak with Cerennhir Aelindel in the library in New Tunaria. ( -409, 49, -980 ) Copy/waypoint -409, 49, -980
   • You must have A Dilapidated Journal in your inventory or Cerennhir Aelindel will not speak with you.
   • This item is looted from either a Yha-lei defender, a Yha-lei disciple, a Yha-lei enforcer, a ghastly excretion, or an abyss lurker, or Leviathor Tentar. This is a chest drop, and you may need to mentor to 90.
