Purchase Spectacles of Owlsight from Merchant Thryst in The Barren Sky at ( -601, -46, -434 ) Copy/waypoint -601.15, -46.25, -434.45 for 3 Prismatic Pikes (harvested from fishing nodes or purchased from Broker). Thryst will only offer the spectacles if all of the following have been completed:
Harvest a "dropped note" in Isle of Mara (found mine in the Village of Shin). MUST have spectacles to see the note on Harvestable Tracking list. The note is trackable and has a respawn of roughly 4 minutes.
Examine the harvested note called An Urgent Letter to start the quest.
Tip: Complete the Prelude quest for Imprinted Memory (otherwise you will get a zone timer lockout and have to wait 90 minutes for the unlock later)

Seek out Irko and Eriki by talking to locals on Felfeather Isle (In the Splendor Sky Aerie).
Speak to Juati Felfeather at ( 996, 168, 723 ) Copy/waypoint 996.48, 168.05, 723.16
Speak with Matron Potoo Felfeather at ( 1067, 182, 813 ) Copy/waypoint 1067.31, 181.80, 812.96 (southernmost hut on Felfeather Isle)
Speak with Rejjen at ( 954, 166, 819 ) Copy/waypoint 954.42, 166.15, 819.03
Seek out Erki in the Elders' area behind the main huts. Erki is at ( 1106, 177, 697 ) Copy/waypoint 1105.51, 177.06, 697.11, and the guards will let you through now.
Speak to Matro Potoo Felfeather at ( 1068, 182, 815 ) Copy/waypoint 1067.50, 181.80, 814.55 to receive access to the Felfeather Family Album.
Pick up the book "History of the Felfeathers Family Album" at ( 1089, 179, 718 ) Copy/waypoint 1088.89, 178.53, 718.03 and examine it to read the history of the Felfeathers' power. The quest updates when you read the final entry and close the book.
Again examine the "History of the Felfeathers Family Album" in your inventory. You will now get the option to observe the first ritual between Erki and Jentis. This takes you to Lineage of the Felfeathers: The Ritual (Heritage), a non-combat zone where you watch the NPCs perform the ritual. Click on the book podium at ( 433, -13, 154 ) Copy/waypoint 433, -13, 154 to exit back to Splendor Sky Aerie.
Pick up and examine the album from your inventory yet again. The third option is now to observe the most recent ritual between Erki and Jentis. This takes you to Lineage of the Felfeathers: Ritual Chamber (Heritage), a non-combat zone where you watch the NPCs' failed attempt to perform the ritual. Exit via the book podium again.
Pick up an examine the album from your inventory once more to observe the original ritual between Jeefa and Parat. This takes you to Imprinted Memory: Origins of the Felfeather (Event Solo). Complete the instance and exit (see the Imprinted Memory page for walkthrough).
Note: The quest automatically updates to the next step if you have previously completed this dungeon.

Place the album back on the shelf where you found it.

Speak to Winston the Wise within the Aerie at ( 421, 283, 116 ) Copy/waypoint 421.07, 282.96, 115.89.
Speak with Matron Potoo Felfeather at ( 1068, 182, 815 ) Copy/waypoint 1067.50, 181.80, 814.55 to gain access to the family crypts. Examine the Felfeather Family Crypt Key.
