Target Raid or Group Friend Power (see notes) Casting 2.5 seconds Recast 10.0 seconds Range Up to 10.0 meters Level 13 Mastery Ordination Effects Teleports target to a zone landmark You must be a citizen to benefit from an odyssey. This effect cannot be cast during combat If not a City Betrayer Consumes 1 odyssey stone
