Travel [ ] To Travel to Obol Plains you must first own the Chains of Eternity expansion and then use an Ulteran Spire to transport to the zone. The Druid Rings may also be used to reach Obol Plains as well as a Wormhole Generator: Obol Plains which is crafted by Tinkerers .
The Guild Hall Amenity version of the ulteran spires or druid rings will not give you access to Obol Plains. You must use the druid rings or spires that are in a regular zone.
