When damaged with a melee weapon this spell will cast Obfuscation on target's attacker. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event. Decreases threat priority of target encounter by 2 positions Cannot be modified except by direct means This effect can only trigger once every 45.0 seconds. Cannot be modified except by direct means
