Requirements

• Fallen Dynasty Timeline up to and including The Rift, for access to the fourth floor of Tower of the Four Winds.
• Vesspyr Isles Timeline up to Vyemm's Vengeance, for access to the cave under Droumlunds.
  • In Vesspyr Isles Timeline, you only have to complete Lepethida's quests through Waters of Strife. Then go directly to Harla Dar's quests and complete through Vyemm's Vengeance!
• You must be on the quest Age's End: Final Monolith (or have it completed already) to see the special instance Tower of Frozen Shadow: Cursed Vaults. If the instance still isn't available, go back and talk to Archmage Garla Cheris (Not needed as of 6/16/2017)

     • Note: Requires being on, or completion of Age's End: Final Monolith. If you've completed this quest, and you still can't see the correct instance from the mirror in Great Divide, go back and talk to Archmage Garla Cheris. Choose the option "Yeah, I am still trying to get my reward out of it".
2. I suppose I should pull on this thread. I need to find more information.
   • Investigate a jester statue at ( 4760, -1140, 1432 ) Copy/waypoint 4760, -1140, 1432 in Cobalt Scar.
3. I am really not very sure of what I am actually looking for at this point. What sort of currency would the statue want?
   • Collect a jester's coin at ( -1043, 145, 1100 ) Copy/waypoint -1043, 145, 1100 in Steamfont Mountains.
   • Collect a jester's coin at ( 1821, 488, -791 ) Copy/waypoint 1821, 488, -791 in Kylong Plains. In Teran's Grasp, near spire and druid ring.
   • Collect a jester's coin at ( 887, -32, 43 ) Copy/waypoint 887, -32, 43 in Qeynos Province District.
     • Jump in the water and go under the bridge to the secret hideout.
