Neriak Down Under is a crafting area that is built into a network of caves and tunnels.

You can enter either from three different doorways:

a doorway at ( -162, 8, 321 ) Copy/waypoint -162, 8, 321, at the southeastern end of Dockside Markets
at a small cave end of Dockside Markets:
1. take a small tunnel down at ( -142, 6, 249 ) Copy/waypoint -142, 6, 249, a little north and below the tunnel between the markets and the Spires of Innoruuk
2. take the ramp down at ( -154, 2, 254 ) Copy/waypoint -154, 2, 254
3. take one of the doorways, at ( -171, -5, 267 ) Copy/waypoint -171, -5, 267 or at ( -181, -5, 245 ) Copy/waypoint -181, -5, 245

In here you will find

a Wholesaler for your crafting fuels
a Work Orders Foreman and a Rush Orders Foreman for Tradeskill Writs ((The order clipboard may be found at ( 25, -12, 86 ) Copy/waypoint 25, -12, 86 on the wall.)
a Work Orders Desk and crafting stations for all Artisans.
a Crafting Trainer who
- sells all the essential tomes for levels 1 through 70 as well as the advanced volumes for levels 1 through 10
- gives you level 2 Artisan and level 2 Artisan recipe book for free (by speaking to him)
- lets you choose between Craftsman, Outfitter and Scholar when you get to level 9 Artisan
a Crafting Tutorial who will get you started with the Crafting Tutorial Timeline and who can help you with your questions about crafting
a Tradeskill Career Counsellor who will let you choose another tradeskill career after Artisan level 20
a Trades Coordinator who lets you perform the Craftsman Timeline after Artisan level 20
a faction Merchant that will sell you house items, including house tradeskill stations for faction, status and coin
