- You must be at least level 110 in adventure or tradeskill class to receive an in-game letter granting you access to Myrist, the Great Library. The access is an account flag, meaning your alts can access Myrist too. (need confirmation on minimum requirement, but 100 tradeskill confirmed sufficient)
- 7/14/19. I just took my level 81 Paladin with level 100 trade skill into Myrist, the Great Library. I was able to go to the Elemental Portal Gallery where I was able to hire Skando. Accessing the zones on that platform requires level 110.
- Confirmed 19/07/2024 ("All eligible characters" can access Myrist once the account has been flagged by the token granted through mail, and the event in the Tribunal is optional)
- Initially, to get access you had to read the mail from Justinian Theo, examine the attached gift Coin of Eternal Scales and then survive a mini-event.
