Changes: Mount Gear Summary

Mount gear can be used in seven slots: saddles, hackamores, reins, barding, breeching, stirrup, and shoes.
Each item grants a specific bonus and each comes in five tiers: Student's, Academic's, Chronicler's, Elysian, and Mischievous. The pattern to make Academic's mount gear is named Archivist's.
