The Herald of Morell-Thule has informed me that summoning an Avatar requires the land to be attuned to their element. To achieve this, altars have been set up around the region, but they need to be supplied with power. I have been asked to assist with this by collecting objects infused with the essence of slain foes and offer them to an altar.
- Collect infused dream shards 0/3 (random body drop from mobs in Splendor Sky Aerie, confirmed drops from Floral Devourers and Beetle Crabs)
- Use the infused dream shards and empower an altar. Random spawn in The Thundering Steppes, its yellow sparkles visible far away, possible locations of altar
- ( 376, 13, -534 ) near Antonican Road, next to one of the towers
- ( 590, 0, -380 ) up the road from The Mirror
