Collect a Desert Parched weapon (i.e. a weapon whose name includes the phrase "Desert Parched" - see the Notes section below for a list) from the chest of the final boss of any Solo, Heroic I, or Heroic II Renewal of Ro instance. Solo instances may be completed with or without Grace of Norrath and still have a chance to loot one of these items.
Collect a Mote of the Regrowth from the chest of the final boss of any Heroic II Renewal of Ro instance. Only players who have a Desert Parched weapon in their inventory, personal banks, or shared banks will be able to see this item.
Use the Mote of the Regrowth on the Desert Parched weapon. The weapon must be attuned before the mote can be used. Completing this step starts the quest and rewards a Merely Sated weapon corresponding to the original Desert Parched weapon.
Steps[]
Collect a Parched and Torn Parchment from the chest of the final boss of any Heroic II Renewal of Ro instance.
Kill Amatheon, a contested Heroic II boss in Takish Badlands.
This step does not update the quest journal, and it may be completed before finding the Parchment.
Khepri is not always available. She spawns whenever Amatheon is killed and remains up for roughly two hours. If you have personally killed Amatheon before, then you will be able to interact with Khepri whenever she spawns again.
