Deliver a letter to Jacques, immediately inside Thundering Steppes at ( 235, 33, -1032 ) Copy/waypoint 235, 33, -1032.

This completes the Matsy quest line, and introduce you to the Thundering Steppes Timeline. However, you should probably be level 20 before you continue with Jacques' quest line.
In the meantime it is recommended that the player completes the other quest lines that start in Frontier Farm. See the Antonica Timeline for details.
