To gain access to the instance, speak with Sebir the Historian in Lavastorm at ( -170, -10, -547 ) Copy/waypoint -170, -10, -547. You must be at least level 50 to hail the Historian and gain access to the instance. However, other group members who are at least level 45 will be able to obtain the quest from the Sage of Ages.
