1. Enter Throne of Fear: Ascension (Advanced Solo) or Throne of Fear (Heroic) at ( -2297, 202, 491 ) /waypoint -2297, 202, 491 in the Fear Cave. (You can save time by doing this quest at the same time as And His Name Is... so you won't have to wait for zone reset.)

• • one can use previously cleared version of this zone from earlier quest completion, no need to reset.

1. Look over the zone walkthrough for help with this zone.
2. Collect 4 runestone pieces. They are at:
   • ( -195, 0, 80 ) /waypoint -195, 0, 80 (Pharinich's room)

     

   • ( -174, -27, -1 ) /waypoint -174, -27, -1 (Planar Manifestation's room, east side)
   • ( -10, 0, -203 ) /waypoint -10, 0, -203 (Thoughtbleeder's room)
   • ( 127, 16, -157 ) /waypoint 127, 16, -157 (antechamber before Baelon's room)

• • Group members experience zone-wide updates.

1. Speak to Alzilius again in Eidolon Jungle.
2. Kill a fearscarred ward. This mob is outside of the zone, stands next to Alzilius.
3. Speak to Alzilius again to complete the quest.
