- Take the Highton Post sokokar to speak with Emissary Glochk, found at the Monolith of Woe ( 1125, 151, -1899 )
in Kylong Plains, on the opposite side of the Gash of T'Thelin at Highton.
He was below ground so I couldn't see him, but he was on track. I did a /target Emissary Glochk and hit the "h" key to hail him. He then popped up.
