- You will get a message in the middle of your screen saying "Strategic Location" when you are in the right spot. Right click the Listenomitron to get a popup window and select "Place the listening device".
- Place one in the the guild registrar's building on the table in East Freeport ( -110, -36, 42 ) Copy/waypoint -110, -36, 42
- Place one on the third level of the Freeport Militia House on the table in West Freeport ( 158, 0, 123 ) Copy/waypoint 158, 0, 123.
- Place one on the second level of the Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport ( -1, 7, -120 ) Copy/waypoint -1, 7, -120.
- Place one near the Seafury Buccaneer's boat in South Freeport ( -285, -58, 143 ) Copy/waypoint -285, -58, 143.
Talk to Izzay Meestere at the Jade Tiger Inn, in North Freeport ( -118, -21, -69 ) Copy/waypoint -118, -21, -69.
