What does this information mean?
Starting the Quest
All eligible players will receive a Vigilant Sanctum Key in their Norrathian Mail inbox from Head Scholar Nabihan. Examine the key and "hold the key firmly" to be teleported to The Duality's Vigilant Sanctum and speak with The Duality. If your character has just made level 110, be sure to get at least the starter gear from Myrist, the Great Library, unless you want to die a most painful death.
Steps
- Travel to Jarsath Wastes.
- Talk to Brind at ( -310, -46, 1401 ) and ask to be sent to Ancient Vault Chelsith: Vault of Omens [Solo] or fly/swim to ( -814, -49, 1202 ) .
- Enter Deep Chelsith: Vault of Omens.
- Make your way through the zone freeing researchers near each name you kill.
- Note: At the first fork, go right first. At the second fork, go left first. Subsequent names do not appear if you haven't killed the previous ones. All names must be killed before you can complete the next step.
- Collect an artifact at ( 660, -100, -986 ) .
- Use a Vigilant Sanctum Key to return to The Duality's Vigilant Sanctum and speak with The Duality.
Note: There are 5 "Researchers" that are freed on the upper tier and one researcher on the lower tier near the end of the quest. Make sure you get the first 5 researchers before you descend (jump) down to the lower tier. Also there are 4 names on the upper tier, then take the glowing purple portal "travel" to get to the lower tier for last named and last researcher and then click the gold artifact. Use Vigilant Key to return to the Duality.
