Notes

• The quest is listed as heroic but can be soloed.
• You need to be Ally with one of the 3 Factions in the Plane of Magic, to complete the second step of this quest.

1. Click on the "arcane seal" in the peaks around the Fount of Arcanum:
   • West - ( 439, 266, -508 ) Copy/waypoint 439, 266, -508

   • South - ( 45, 86, -57 ) Copy/waypoint 45, 86, -57

2. In your travels getting the faction for the crafting stage collect the following:
   • Gather one Ignus Manaflare by killing ignus dancer at The Scintilating Spires (starting island) ( 1097, 765, -1425 ) Copy/waypoint 1097, 765, -1425, ignus peak whirler, ignus remnant, or blazing ignus in the Aetherscar ( 885, 12, -206 ) Copy/waypoint 885, 12, -206.
   • Harvest 2 Luminia Sapphire near ( 634, 31, -641 ) Copy/waypoint 634.01, 31.13, -641.15, ( 623, 3431, -623 ) Copy/waypoint 622.50, 3431, -623.20, ( 212, 124, -171 ) Copy/waypoint 212, 124, -171 ( 525, 24, -875 ) Copy/waypoint 525, 24, -875 ( 663, 15, -697 ) Copy/waypoint 663, 15, -697. They look like rotating blue crystals hovering over piles of rocks, and spawn in the 'blue seams' of the terrain in the ridges around the Fount of Arcanum. The best places to find them is among the crevices and along the shore to the north west of the Fount of Arcanum. You can collect six pieces.
   • Luminia Sapphire are also in this surrounding area ( 234, 108, -105 ) Copy/waypoint 234, 108, -105
   • Harvest 2 Cirussean Salt on rocks at or near the waterline. They look like blobby rocks with small blue crystals imbedded. The best location for searching is the Archipelago to the North West of the Fount of Arcanum. (Some possible locations "at the island": ( 558, 9, -959 ) Copy/waypoint 558, 9, -959, ( 763, 11, -802 ) Copy/waypoint 763.28, 11.20, -801.71, ( 592, 10, -998 ) Copy/waypoint 591.80, 9.93, -997.59, ( 888, 9, 211 ) Copy/waypoint 888, 9, 211, ( 892, 10, 267 ) Copy/waypoint 892, 10, 267, ( 839, 10, 717 ) Copy/waypoint 839, 10, 717. You can collect six pieces. It can also be found on the shores at the edge of the map.
3. After gaining the needed faction with one of the main groups, gather a recipe inside one of the faction trade skill zones (you only need one recipe from one faction for this quest) it looks like a piece of paper fluttering on the floor. The recipe is visible after completing the faction quest that rewards the chest slot armor.
   • For Khali'Yrzu, use the Artisan Mesa Teleporter at ( 177, 583, -742 ) Copy/waypoint 177, 583, -742 and gather the scroll at ( 206, 1264, -720 ) Copy/waypoint 206, 1264, -720
     • The scroll is visible after finishing Terra Forma
   • For Khali'Vahla, use the Artisan Terrace Teleporter at ( -148, 577, -743 ) Copy/waypoint -148, 577, -743 and gather the scroll at ( -132, 1263, -753 ) Copy/waypoint -132, 1263, -753
     • The scroll is visible after finishing Mindfold Matriarch's Effective Plan

       

       Esoteran Reading Stone Scroll

   • For Pride Pakiat, enter the Artisan's Prism at ( -746, 171, -690 ) Copy/waypoint -746, 171, -690 and gather the scroll at ( 33, -25, -82 ) Copy/waypoint 33, -25, -82.

     • The scroll is visible after finishing Crossing At The Crossing.
   • Scribe the scroll
   • Craft an Esoteran Reading Stone at a Chemistry Table.
4. Return to each "arcane seal" and click on them.
   • West - ( 438, 267, -506 ) Copy/waypoint 438, 267, -506: "... pure arcana connecting the realms... binding together..."
   • North - ( 62, 76, -567 ) Copy/waypoint 62, 76, -567: "... the awe is eternal... come the day it is allowed to flow once..."
   • South - ( 44, 86, -59 ) Copy/waypoint 44, 86, -59: "... the flow to the Material Planes ..."
   • East - ( -485, 215, -477 ) Copy/waypoint -485, 215, -477: "... to be dammed... decree of Ro..."
5. You will be ported to Druzzil Ro. Speak to her. Note: If you are flying while clicking the seals, you may not be ported to Druzzil Ro. If this is the case, she is normally found near the top of the Fount of Arcanum.
