You can accidentally kill your healed grimleeches (a failure condition for the quest), so avoid AOE and probably move the cephoplexes away from the leech to fight them.

Save the injured grimleeches around the Drowned Delta before they all die!
Click a nearby muckpod to receive muckpod pollen ( -427, 31, -498 ) Copy/waypoint -426.57, 30.61, -497.88.
Right click 5 injured leeches to feed them pollen and save them. You'll find the leeches near:
