   • Drudge's Tormentor (Taskmaster Nichok in Veeshan's Peak)
2. Speak to Leandre by using one of the 3 following ways:
   • the an incandescent wand
   • by using Eye of the Siren (Fabled)
   • by targeting yourself and hail (press H by default)

Reward

• Eye of the Siren (Mythical)
