1. Speak with Pietre V'Noquett in a bar in Neriak, City of Hate at ( -571, 21, 199 ) Copy/waypoint -571, 21, 199
   • take the teleport to Cristanos Plaza to get to Pietre V'Noquett.
   • You can ask a guard where he is.
   • If you are good or in Exile, you can invisi past the lvl 85 Guards. (at lvl 80, the lvl 95 Guard see through invisi)

(sometimes you may find him in the deep of the pit next of the loc: it may be a ghost or something like that try camping et relog)

This quest is part of the Coercer Epic Weapon Timeline, and can only be started/completed by a member of that class of at least Level 80.
