Much like the thick, entangled mass of the jungle itself, questing here is an adventure woven across many competing factions and overlapping locations. The iksar of the City of Jinisk will pit you against the sarnak of Ry'zilk's Renegades and the encroachment of the mysterious Order of Rime. Ry'zilk's Renegades, for their part, are attempting to stake out territory of their own, and seek allegiance with the Hidden Plunderers outside the City of Mist, who despise the fanatical Sathirians above all else. The poorer iksar of the region, the Kunzar Jungle Villagers, must contend with the constant denigration of their wealthy brethren in Jinisk, whilst attempting to survive in the unforgiving jungle. Unlike the citizens of Jinsk, they cannot count on the blind support of the Sathirians, and are more than willing to accept outside help to stay alive. In the south, the frogloks who have escaped the dungeons of Sebilis are also attempting to survive. They constantly subvert the efforts of the Dalnir's Wheel Taskmasters who are attempting to gather up more of the frog-folk and force them into slavery. The Taskmasters are just doing their job, however, for life outside Sebilis is difficult, and together with the Outer Sebilis Residents, they must do what they can to prevent being swallowed up by the jungle. The only faction who appears to be in equilibrium with the unyielding jungle is the Tabernacle of Pain, warrior-monks who care not for the politics and warring of the other factions.

Just like in the Fens of Nathsar Timeline, this timeline is ordered by factions. You will be hostile to all the factions until you complete at least one quest for them.
