The fifth named encounter in The Vigilant: Final Destruction.
Basically a tank and spank with adds that must be pulled away from the raid. Have an off tank grab the adds (they are flying imps) and pull them off to the opposite side of the room. After a few moments the adds explode causing damage to those close to them.
Furniture in the room makes it difficult to "tab" through to find the adds, main tank positioning can help prevent this issue.
