• It used to be that you could use a pet to pull the Keeper of Silence down to the Scriptorium on the first floor. This would allow players to engage him without having to complete the mirror quests. The encounter was changed so that now the Keeper is inactive and cannot be engaged until a player approaches him, preventing him from being pet-pulled.
