What does this information mean?

Steps

1. Mine a rare stone from wind swept stones nodes in The Thundering Steppes. This is random and may take a few minutes or over an hour.
2. Kill 15 corpse feeders (level 22). These are found sparsely all along the Dead River Basin from Cove of Decay Entrance to the docks.
3. Kill 15 undead of any type. The weakest are zombies and skeletons in the riverbed near the dock (level 21).
4. Kill 20 weald wolfs (level 22-26). Find them roaming the wooded roadways from Qeynos Tower 3 to Qeynos Tower 5, and near the western shore, by the Watcher in the Fields and the North Bandit Camp.
5. Visit the Valley of the Ancients. ( 700, 0, 620 ) Copy/waypoint 700, 0, 620
6. Slay 20 gnolls of any type. The weakest are found in the craters of the Fallow Farmlands (level 20).
7. Return to the Watcher of the Fields for your reward.
