What does this information mean?

Grygrim, the head tender at the Ironblood Fungus Farm in Thalumbra, doesn't know when the next wave of Aberrant attacks might push them back into Maldura. He asked for my help harvesting the ironblood fungus. I figure I'll help clear out some of the attacking ironblood myconids, while I am at it.

- Harvest 10 ironblood fungus. These are small clumps of two or three mushrooms with thin stems. Possible locations:
