Notes
Exactly when the quest is offered from Ghalib is still under debate. It appears you must complete most if not all of the quests on Kerra Isle (which finishes with Feathers for Peace of Heart) and most if not all of the quests in Stonebrunt Encampment (ending with An Interesting Find).

Steps
Ghalib has sent you to look for more strange bones like the one you found in the Kejaan's Rill riverbed.
- "You should keep an eye out for strange shards of bone. Your best bet would be looking for beasts that would eat other creatures."
- Kill carnivores for 10 updates (a shard of strange bone), from small chests (an uncommon drop):
- For example in Toxxulia Forest
- a feral bruiser ( 713, 127, 2982 )
- a bristlevine horror ( 463, 150, 2723 )
- a Tox fly ( 742, 66, 3112 ) (decent drop rates from these, 50% or so)
- a Toxxulia prowler ( 1282, -42, 3157 )
- a Toxxulia Guardian or a Toxxulia winged sentinel ( 282, 142, 2840 )
- For example in The Highland Salts
- Return to Ghalib.
- Look around Kejaan's Rill for any sign of what animal the bones could have come from.
- Find Jin'tu ( 565, 196, 4000 ) .
- Tell Ghalib you found nothing in the Kejaan's Rill riverbed.
