Speak with Perinius Abatro ( -2113, -40, 440 ) Copy/waypoint -2112.97, -39.88, 439.73 in Keep of the Gnollslayers in Antonica (up the stairs inside the keep and out onto the rampart)
Note: Evil characters (those who can worship Innoruuk) will trigger the keep guards if they go inside the keep. They can talk with Perinius from the outside, near Barstan Rheyble.

Speak with Velric Torch
Speak with Perinius Abatro ( -1930, -32, -527 ) Copy/waypoint -1930.00, -32.47, -526.55, now beside a tree by the lake in Windstalker Village. This will trigger a scripted NPC event.
Note: You have only a split second after completing the dialogue with Perinius before the scripted event triggers and he becomes unhailable. If you have multiple group members requiring the update, it is recommended that you coordinate clicks through the dialogue to ensure you all the get the update simultaneously. Otherwise Perinius will respawn at the tree after several minutes if people requiring the quest update remain nearby.
Return to Velric Torch to complete the quest and claim your reward.
