You must have +20,000 faction with the Court of Truth to unlock this quest. Once +50,000 faction has been achieved, however, this quest will no longer be available.

Enter the Tower of the Moon ( -150, 176, -150 ) Copy/waypoint -150, 176, -150 in Maj'Dul and find the clickable book. The book is a dark green colour - there are several locations that has a book with a similar aesthetic (most on the top floor, but one on the table in front of the bookbinder NPC). The book will always be on top of a stack. The book will be in a random location, observed locations include:
( -4, 15, -1 ) Copy/waypoint -4, 15, -1
( -1, 27, -2 ) Copy/waypoint -1, 27, -2
( 5, 28, 14 ) Copy/waypoint 5, 28, 14 (top of the stack on top of the bookcase)
Speak to Copier Fuazi ( -207, 160, -72 ) Copy/waypoint -207, 160, -72 in Maj'Dul and tell him you need a book copied for the Court of Truth.
