Pretty much a tank and spank outside of needing a stiffle rune and something to get rid of fear. He spawns adds starting at 60% then more every 20%? you can ignore em (the first dragon just slept on the wall). If you pull em into center of the room the adds i think won't be a issue as they spawn in set locations it seemed. Cure curses and thats it super easy fight.
