Steps

Go to Zek, the Orcish Wastes and kill the Orc Cartographer ( 210, 12, -75 ) Copy/waypoint 210.46, 12, -75.12 and his bodyguards pathing around outside near the Sullon Mines.
Hail the Orc Cartographer who is now an NPC.
Kill three groups of Tallon catapult operators outside Warship Dock in Zek. ( 434, -25, 139 ) Copy/waypoint 434, -25, 139
Find and kill General Lutzgorg in Zek. ( -397, -28, -294 ) Copy/waypoint -397.19, -28, -294.18
Speak to Boulden Smitestone on the docks in The Thundering Steppes. ( -572, -21, -398 ) Copy/waypoint -572, -21, -398
- You may have to zone out and back in again in order for the NPC to spawn. You can zone out and back again easily by using one of the bells on the dock.
Use the Globe of Swift Travel in the Thundering Steppes or Zek, the Orcish Wastes to access the instance the QSS Bootstrutter and progress to the next quest.
