Prerequisite

The minimum level to obtain this quest is 14.

Starting the Quest

When you speak to Captain R.K. Irontoe, he offers a great deal of lore, and many different conversation paths. After introducing yourself and exchanging common pleasantries, these responses get you to the quest:

  1. What did Kaladim do during the War of the Fay?
  2. What were trolls and ogres doing in The Lesser Faydark?
  3. Did the trolls and ogres stop the dwarven brigades?
  4. What happened at the Battle of Brute Hill?
  5. So they managed to reach Kelethin and rescue the city?
  6. The dark elves burned the forest?
  7. What about Felwithe, home of the high elves?
  8. So the gnomes and their machines freed Felwithe.
  9. What else occurred in the Siege of Felwithe?
  10. Were there any significant dwarven battles in Greater Faydark?
  11. Please forgive my wording. I just wondered if there were any dwarven historical sites nearby.
  12. Who is the Sisterhood of Erollisi?
  13. Where was this place?
  14. These elven maidens returned to aid the ones that once suppressed their right to fight?
  15. How do you know all this?
  16. Let's get back to the story of The Battle at Burning Roots.
  17. Tell me more.
  18. So death was certain. How sad.
  19. Were they defeated?
  20. Did the amazons stop the bonfire platoon?
  21. What happened to the Bloodforge Brigade?
  22. Where can I go to honor those that fought at The Battle at Burning Roots?
  23. I will honor and serve.
