There are a few Heroic mobs to start you off, but then the hall is blocked by a 44 Epic x2. The mob is a weak epic and can be trio'd, but still recommend taking a good group or a mentored down high level with you.
Several quests in the Everfrost Timeline used to be the access quests for this zone. However their completion is no longer necessary to enter. They are listed in the Related Quests section below.
If you examine the ice crystals in the center of the final room it is revealed that the ice statue above the crystals is the likeness of E'ci, Goddess of Ice.
