Use the Othmir Scouting Potion, which makes you non-aggro only to the mobs in the cave. It lasts 6 minutes and can be reapplied
The undead Othmir can not see through a Scout's Stealth.
The undead Othmir also can not see through Invisibility via Totem of the Endless Void.
Enter Cave of Anguish ( 4128, -1081, 2219 ) Copy/waypoint 4128, -1081, 2219 and travel to a dragon skull ( 3910, -1153, 2240 ) Copy/waypoint 3910, -1153, 2240
it is possible to position one's self behind the skull and complete the combines without drawing attention.
NOTE: at level 130 I found I had a barrier that prevented me from venturing into the Cave of Anguish. I had to right click on the barrier and attack to destroy it. Immediately I was attacked by a ground of Othmir Bonefiends that saw through my Othmir Scouting Potion. The quest then asked me to destroy two more bone barriers. The third bone barrier was at ( 4057, -1115, 2337 ).
Using the skull as a work table, craft Hope Cleansing Corruption. Requires 1 amethyst, 1 effulgent incense and Hope from the previous quest
