Steps

1. I should create 2 more kegs of explosive powder at a Chemistry Table at ( -355, 177, -30 ) Copy/waypoint -355, 177, -30.
2. I should place the explosives behind the Cairn of the Huntress at ( 47, 150, -45 ) Copy/waypoint 47, 150, -45.
3. Things appear to have gone terribly wrong! I need to speak to Varla.
4. Once you place the explosives, guards run up and take you to a Temporary Holding Cell (zone) where Varla is waiting to speak to you. The quest ends here after you talk to her, you can zone back out of the cell.
