Steps

1. Speak to Merrik at Yeppa's Last Stand ( 4265, -1096, 2059 ) Copy/waypoint 4265, -1096, 2059
2. Return to Osh and ask him to open the portal to Fina's Retreat in Great Divide, then take it
3. Speak to Shaman Diu At Fina's Retreat, out on the ice ( -1490, -541, -2426 ) Copy/waypoint -1490, -541, -2426
4. Collect 5 offerings from the Shrine of Prexus ( -1629, -533, -2362 ) Copy/waypoint -1629, -533, -2362
5. Head to Eastern Wastes using the portal at Fina's Retreat ( -1471, -514, -2253 ) Copy/waypoint -1471, -514, -2253 and speak to High Shaman Lien ( -1138, -531, 3304 ) Copy/waypoint -1138, -531, 3304. Once you have done that, Lien will offer to send you directly back to Cobalt Scar, but before you take it if you are on A Solemn Request quest then speak to Odder at ( -1235, -540, 3439 ).
6. Speak to Osh at Yeppa's Last Stand ( 4259, -1094, 2049 ) Copy/waypoint 4259, -1094, 2049
7. Receive a blessing from Osh (speak to him and click through the dialogue)
8. Destroy the first bone barrier - kill a risen shaman apprentice at ( 4065, -1099, 2173 ) Copy/waypoint 4065, -1099, 2173 to dispel the barrier and then hit the bones with any attack to break them
9. Destroy the second bone barrier - kill two risen shaman acolytes at ( 4100, -1120, 2280 ) Copy/waypoint 4100, -1120, 2280 and ( 4063, -1120, 2295 ) Copy/waypoint 4063, -1120, 2295 then destroy the barrier at ( 4035, -1120, 2372 ) Copy/waypoint 4035, -1120, 2372 with one attack
10. Destroy the third bone barrier - kill the risen shamans at ( 3835, -1127, 2422 ) Copy/waypoint 3835, -1127, 2422 then smash the barrier at ( 3906, -1141, 2354 ) Copy/waypoint 3906, -1141, 2354
11. Destroy Salton, Corrupted Shaman of the High Tide. Consult the strategy for killing him before engaging!
    • If you die, be sure to speak to Osh again to receive another blessing!
12. Return to Osh and follow the conversation
