   • 1 Frostbitten parsnip (can be purchased on broker, or harvested on Snowfang Isle (take Griffin to Icy Fingers) where parsnips are located near the Snowfang Gnolls ( -993, -521, -2219 ) Copy/waypoint -993, -521, -2219.)
   • 1 Ethereal coal
3. Return to Fenwick.
